Our caring staff will work with you to develop a care plan you’re happy with. You will be in control of your future whilst we support you with a range of activities, from looking after your home, personal care or getting out into the community, attending appointments and socialising with people of similar interest.
We also support residents to maintain their tenancy, manage their bills and budget appropriately.

Supported Accommodation
Eminent Domiciliary care agency has a 5-bed supported living accommodation situated in South Norwood, London Borough of Croydon.
It is a great place; both for location and access to local amenities, having variety of shops, transport networks and other community services.
The building is in a serene and amiable neighbourhood with comfort and homely atmosphere, good for social interaction and wellbeing.
Residents have the choice of adding to the furnishing of their bedrooms if desire to do so. Eminent offers both accommodation and support.
We provide high quality care for individuals that require medium to high levels of care and support in a 24-hour staffed environment for a maximum number of 5 residents with varied conditions: learning and physical disability, and other health needs.
All the residents will have their own tenancy.
The management team has a combined service delivery experience of more than 25 years working with people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum range and mental health conditions.
We adopts a Person-Centred Planning that takes care of the specific needs of the residents and employs staff who are committed to meeting the aims and objectives of:
- Supporting the residents to promote self-esteem through structured individualise.
- Enablement plan that recorgnises the ability and encourage participation.
- Reviewing the agreed plan of care regularly with the residents and significant people.
- Maintaining effective communication with residents and their representatives.
- Ensuring the health and safety of the residents at all times.
Eminent Support Service’s provides accommodation for residents who have learning and physical disabilities; autism. We accommodate young and old adults that have similar needs.
Prospective residents will be assessed to be needing 24 hours staff presence.
We accept emergency placements because we have the resources and capacity to respond to such situation, should the need arise.
All referrals are assessed before acceptance and an assessment report together with the initial recommendations will be made available to the referring professional or family member within 72 hours of the assessment.
We ensure that programme of care is developed through individual need assessment(s) and evaluations(s). Residents will be supported to state how they want to be supported.
Each resident will be assigned a key worker who co-ordinates the support and ensures that supports are rendered in an effective and constructive way.
We provide social and emotional support by encouraging our residents to maintain links with leisure establishments and other services in the community.
Staff provide support and assistance with cooking and other domestics chores.
We develop ‘Moving on plan’ for individuals that are ready to step down to lesser support by offering support with cookery lessons, and other life skills that will facilitate their transition to a more independent living.
Where residents are taking medication, staff will prompt and assist them to comply with the prescriber’s instructions and maintain close contact with the relevant health professionals. When residents need assistance with managing their finances and administrative matters, staff will provide relevant support as required.
We have 24-hour on-site staffing. At night, there are 2 staff on duty, 1 waking night staff and 1 sleep-in staff. Staff on duty will assist, supervise, and support residents in line with their identified needs. We will tailor the staffing to the need of the residents.
In addition to the Care Manager and staff on duty, there is also additional support provided by the On-Call Manager.
Charges are based on full accommodation, the provision of support; on a needs-led basis, which will be determined during the initial assessment.
Our fees are quite negotiable but dependent on assessed care needs based on shared support hours. Residents who require additional support will be provided with additional 1:1 or 2:1 support and costed accordingly.
