Covid-19

Eminentcare is fully operational and taking extra precautions to keep people safe during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are routinely monitoring developments, reviewing our protocols, and preparing appropriate responses as the situation evolves.

We are operating a normal service, with our office and staff ready to support new and existing clients who need assistance at home.

The safety and wellbeing of the people we care for and our staff is of paramount importance to us. To ensure this, we have implemented a number of extra steps in accordance with the latest expert advice, including ensuring all our care staff have and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as aprons and gloves.

As part of the health and social care community, our staff are considered ‘key-workers’ as they deliver frontline care and support services to tens of thousands of vulnerable and/or elderly individuals across the country. We are the first point of contact between these individuals and such services as NHS 111 and the emergency services, and we play a vital role in working with the NHS to facilitate services such as hospital discharge.

It is important to keep up to date with developments, as official guidance is changing daily. For advice on Coronavirus symptoms and tips on prevention, please see below.
